Christmas Jumper Day

On Friday 11th December we’re inviting all pupils to take part in a Christmas Jumper Day to support our local hospital.

The whole school will be taking part, with everyone getting the chance to show off their silly side by wearing their favourite festive knits for the day.

Being in hospital at Christmas is never easy, but this year is going to be particularly difficult. For the NHS staff, the past year has been the hardest that they have faced in the NHS. This is why, more than ever, we need your support at Christmas, to bring a little festive joy to our hospitals. Whether that’s funding a hamper for the staff and patients to enjoy on Christmas Day, or funding Christmas trees to brighten up our hospitals, your support can make a difference.

We’re asking pupils to make a £1 donation, or whatever they can give and all the money they raise will help bring a little Christmas joy to the patients, their families and staff at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham.

You don’t even need to splash out on snazzy new sweaters to join in the fun – simply decorate an old woolly jumper or t-shirt to create your own crafty masterpiece!
