Digital Ambassador’s Safer Internet Day Assembly
On Tuesday 7th February, Bells Farm joined many schools around the UK to celebrate Safer Internet Day. This year’s theme was ‘Want you talk about it?’ The Digital Ambassadors shared some important information about the possible pitfalls of the internet including ‘fake news’ and scams. We had many opportunities throughout the assembly to discuss our ideas and we had some great ones!
We then joined together to perform our Internet Safety song.
We finished by finding out the winners of the online safety poster competition. Our overall winner was Amaya Y6 with this stunning entry:
Well done to Lexi Y6, Eason Y5, Kinda Y5 and Boren Y2 for being very close runner-ups!
Thank you to everyone who entered. All the entries were amazing and have now been laminated and put up around school.
Well done Digital Ambassadors. Bells Farm are very proud of you!
