Silver Medals for our Gymnasts!
On Tuesday 6th December, six girls from years 5 and 6 competed in a gymnastics competition at Kings Heath Boys’ School. The girls had to perform both a floor and a vault routine to the judges and were scored accordingly.
The girls finished in second place, only missing out on a gold medal by 0.2 points. Daisy was the highest scoring competitor of the day however, scoring an impressive 9.2 out of 10 on the vault and 9.3 out of 10 on her floor routine. Each girl performed amazingly and demonstrated fantastic dedication and commitment to their routines.
Mr Millar-Evans was immensely proud of all the hard work and preparation the girls did for the competition and were fantastic ambassadors for sport at Bells Farm.
Well done to all the girls. And thanks to Mr. Millar Evans for supporting the girls.
