Star Assembly and Star Writer

In today’s star assembly, we found out about the amazing things these children have been achieving in class. It was so pleasing to hear how much they are all using our school behaviours for learning and how they are helping them to improve in lessons.

Well done to all these children:

Reception Swans: Mona and Ollie

Y1 Puffins: Freya and Harry

Y2 Toucans: Rosalea and Leah

Y3 Bluebirds: Alex R and James

Y4 Robins: Maya and Daisy B

Y5 Kestrels: Tanatswa and Ryan

Y6 Eagles: Taya and Lola

Sports Stars: Blessed and Millie

Every week teachers are on the lookout for pieces of excellent writing. They pass them to Miss Williams who then chooses a winner. These children have their work read aloud in our weekly story assembly – just like real authors!

Well done to Alex R and Lily R who won star writer this week:
