Star Assembly – Friday 2nd October 2027

Today we enjoyed our special Star Assembly where we  found out about the incredible things these children have been achieving in class. It was so pleasing to hear how much they are all using our school behaviours for learning and how they are helping them to improve in lessons.

Y6 – Joshua and Alanna

Y5 – Matt and Leiah

Y4 – Rafael and Tommy

Y3 – Paris and Raphael

Y2 – Eden

Y1 – Chikamsi and Umayrah

This week’s Star of the School was Laken for showing resilience, making the most of every lesson and being a Bells Farm role model.

We celebrated these children for their achievements using Times Table Rock Stars and Numbots:

We celebrated these children for their achievements at home:

Jasmine shared her first ever gymnastics award which was very impressive! Khaleel shared his trophy for devel;oping his football skills. Eden shared ALL her dancing awards and a very impressive brochure showing she had been in a show at the Cresent Theatre. Mia and Harper shared their swimming awards – they can now float on their backs. Zayna has been awarded her 10 metres badge and Oliver has got his 15 metres! We are very impressed with you all!

We also had our next round of Classopoly. We are using this game as recognition of and an incentive for good class attendance. We know how important it is that children attend school every day. Our school target for attendance is 96% so the class with the highest attendance each week will roll to win in Classopoly. Any class with 100% attendance will automatically win a roll!

Here are our attendance figures for each class:

Puffins – 93%

Toucans – 91%

Bluebirds – 96%

Robins – 95%

Kestrels – 93%

Eagles – 93%

Well done to Bluebirds who won a roll on Classopoly!
