Year 6 Maths Workshop

Year 6 had their parent workshop for maths, and it was great to see so many parents join their children in school. The workshop was focused on the four operations and the upcoming SATs tests. The parents were talked through how we teach the four operations at school and then had a go at answering some example questions from an arithmetic paper. The children had to teach their parents the long division method we use at school! We then looked at some example questions from a reasoning paper and the children had a go at completing these chosen questions with their parents.
