Music Recital
On Friday, KS2 were lucky enough to watch a live music recital performance from King Edwards most advanced music scholars. Their Musical Director, Martin Leigh, talked to our children and explained the different instruments they had brought along. Bells Farm children were very enthusiastic and enjoyed guessing the instruments’ names and imagining what story and setting the music was describing. They heard how one of the pupils was inspired to learn an instrument after watching one of these such performances when he was only in Year 2. Most of these sixth form boys had been learning and playing instruments for quite a few years, showing great perseverance and dedication. The KES boys were all very happy to answer lots of questions and answers from the audience!
