Star Assembly – Friday 31st January 2025
Today we enjoyed our special Star Assembly where we found out about the incredible things these children have been achieving in class. It was so pleasing to hear how much they are all using our school behaviours for learning and how they are helping them to improve in lessons.
Y6 – Alex R and Skye
Y5 – Esmee and Isla
Y4 – Aria and Archie
Y3 – Evin and Henry
Y2 – Lillie and Maya
Y1 – Dylan and Lashaun
Reception – Alexander and Tamara
Miss Williams’ Star of the School this week was Zack from Reception for an excellent start to life at Bells Farm and being kind and helpful to all.
We are always excited to find out about our children’s achievements outside school. This week we celebrated Elias’ competition win and Khaleel’s perseverance in an activity club. At Christmas, Lucy’s stage school took part in the production of Elf at the NEC. The older girls did a gymnastics performance and Lucy’s group was part of the choir. Esme gained her 50m swimming badge. Isla took her Guide Promise AND bought her 2000m swimming certificate to share! What an amazing achievement!
Well done everyone!
We celebrated these children for their achievements using TTRS:
We also had our next round of Classopoly. We are using this game as recognition of and an incentive for good class attendance. We know how important it is that children attend school every day. Our school target for attendance is 96% so the class with the highest attendance each week will roll to win in Classopoly. Any class with 100% attendance will automatically win a roll!
Here are our attendance figures for each class:
Swans – 91%
Puffins – 90%
Toucans – 99%
Bluebirds – 95%
Robins – 98%
Kestrels – 96%
Eagles – 95%
Well done to Toucans! 99% won them the roll on Classopoly.
